飞龙,男,蒙古族,1985年生,内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗人。现任6165cc金沙总站检测中心教授、博士生导师、蒙古文智能信息处理技术国家地方联合工程研究中心副主任、内蒙古自治区蒙古文信息处理技术重点实验室主任、鹏城国家实验室兼聘研究员。2022年入选内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程高层次培养人才,2017年入选内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程青年创新创业一层次人才,获得内蒙古第八届“青年五四奖章”、内蒙古第一届“草原文化传承之星(园丁奖)”和内蒙古大学“乌可力优秀青年教师奖”等荣誉。在国内外核心期刊和学术会议发表学术论文100多篇,在TASLP、ICASSP、COLING等国际顶级期刊和会议发表论文9篇,授权发明专利9项,获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)——科学技术进步二等奖、中国CCF科学技术奖——科技进步杰出奖、内蒙古自治区科学技术进步二等奖和三等奖各1项。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家重点研发计划项目子任务1项、内蒙古自然科学基金杰出青年项目1项、内蒙古政府重大基础建设项目1项、内蒙古关键技术攻关项目2项等。研制了“蒙古语语音识别系统”、“蒙古语语音合成系统”、“西里尔蒙古文与传统蒙古文相互转换系统”、“蒙古文印刷体识别系统”、“蒙古文校正系统”、“蒙汉自动翻译系统”、“奥云蒙古文智能输入法”、“奥云词典”、“蒙古文AI云服务平台”和“蒙古语AI合成主播”等一系列蒙古文智能信息系统。
