    个人简介

    博士，教授，博士生导师。2002年7月毕业于6165cc金沙总站检测中心，获学士学位；2005年7月毕业于北京大学计算机系，获硕士学位；2011年9月毕业于澳大利亚国立大学工程与学院，2012年4月获博士学位。2011年获得国家优秀自费留学生奖励。2013年5月-2014年4月在新加坡南洋理工大学从事科研工作，任Research Fellow。2018年7月-2019年7月在澳大利亚悉尼科技大学访学，任访问教授。2015年入选内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程。2019年入选内蒙古自治区新世纪“321人才工程”第一层次和“草原英才”滚动支持计划。内蒙古大学第十届学术委员会委员、科技委员会副主任委员。


    研究兴趣主要包括（1）物联网智能感知与计算研究与应用，包括基于WiFi嗅探、CSI、视频等单模态/多模态信息的大范围人群分析、行为感知等；（2）面向领域的大数据分析方法与应用，包括生态环境大数据、生物信息等等；（3）无线网络定位算法研究与应用开发，包括WiFi、蓝牙5、UWB、LoRa等无线网络协议。承担了多项科研项目，包括国家自然科学基金项目4项，内蒙古自治区自然科学基金重大项目、杰青项目等3项，内蒙古自治区科技计划项目2项，内蒙古教育厅高校创新团队项目1项，内蒙古留学人员创新项目1项等。在包括IEEE汇刊和中国计算机学会（CCF）推荐的学术期刊和学术会议上发表了70余篇学术论文。


    Biography

    He obtained the B.E. degree in computer science from Inner Mongolia University (IMU), Hohhot, China, in 2002, the M.S. degree in computer science from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in information engineering from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, in 2012. From May 2013 to April 2014, he worked as Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. From July 2018 to July 2019, he visited University of Technology Sydney, Australia, as Visiting Professor. He is with the College of Computer Science, IMU, where he is currently a professor. He was a recipient of the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Chinese Students Abroad in 2011, and was selected to be the "Grassland Elite" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2015，the continuous support for the "Grassland Elite" in 2019 and the first level of Inner Mongolia New Century "321 Talent Project" in 2019. He is the member of the 10th Academic Committee of Inner Mongolia University and deputy director of the Science and Technology Committee of Inner Mongolia University.


    His research interests include (1) research and applications of IoT based smart sensing and computing, including large-scale crowd analysis，behavior recognition, etc. Based on multi-modal or single-modal information of WiFi sniffing, CSI and video; (2) research and applications of field-oriented big data technologies, including ecological environment big data, bioinformatics, etc.; (3) research and applications of wireless network positioning algorithms, including WiFi, Bluetooth 5, UWB，LoRa and other wireless network protocols. He has been awarded with several important research grants, including 4 NSFC grants, 3 provincial NSF grants, 2 provincial key-technology grants, 1 provincial University innovation group grant and 1 provincial innovation grant for Returned Overseas Students. He has published over 70 research papers on refereed journals and conferences, including IEEE transactions as well as journals/conferences recommended by China Computer Federation (CCF).
